Protection of personal data
This web pages has a
contact button, which activates your email software and invites you to send
your comments to a specific mailbox. The controller of your data is in this

When you send such a
message, your personal data is only collected in order to reply. This purpose
is covered by Article 6.1(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data
Protection Regulation or GDPR), as it is in our legitimate interest to respond
to queries and retain contact data of prospective clients. In some cases, we
may have the legal obligation to keep data (Article 6.1(c) of the GDPR or keep
data for the performance of a contract (Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR).
The data collected
are: your e-mail address, your question and any other information you provide
through your e-mail.
If you provide them, we
can retain your name, your phone number, your professional data (company,
professional address, profession or job title and professional interests). All
other data will be ignored and only retained in the e-mail. We will not process
special categories of data (https://gdpr-info.eu/art-9-gdpr/) and will not
transfer your personal data to third countries (countries outside the EEA) or
to international organisations.

available only to me.
I will retain these
data as long as we need them to contact you. E-mails will be retained as long
as there may be legal claims relating to them.

used to answer your question and to contact you further for professional or legal
purposes. The answer will be sent to the email address from which you sent your
question.
We ensure your rights
and you can exercise them by using the contact button. You can ask access to
your personal data processed, to erase your data if their processing is
illegitimate. In some cases you have the right to object and we will erase your
data if your specific circumstances justify it. You can ask to rectify or
complement incorrect or incomplete data. If a longer period is needed to
process your request or to verify the legitimacy of your request or the
accuracy of your data, as well as if you ask for it instead of erasure, the
processing of your data will be restricted according to Article 18 of the GDPR.
